President
Mr. Watcharapong Khemkaew
Watcharapong Khemkaew is the Chief Development Officer of The Blue Circle (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading wind energy producer of Southeast Asia. He also serves as the Vice-Chairman (Wind Energy) of the Renewable Energy Industry Club (RE-FTI) of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), offering his expertise to spearhead Thailand's transition to sustainable energy through developing and enhancing the efficiency of the country's renewable energy industries.
With over 15 years of experience in project development related to the wind energy sector and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Chulalongkorn University, Mr. Khemkaew demonstrates an exceptional proficiency in managing key elements of wind energy project development to ensure a smooth and efficient operation in such projects. His efforts have remarkably contributed to the successful development of several wind power projects in Thailand, securing a total of 1,200 MW in wind energy production.

Waron Sanguanwongwan
Waron Sanguangwongwan leverages his 16+ years of experience in renewable energy development , to drive sustainable growth across Asia. He has spearheaded diverse projects, from Thai solar farms to Mongolian hybrid wind-hydrogen plants, demonstrating expertise in solar, wind, and other renewable technologies.
Waron's unique perspective, honed through work at both prominent Thai companies and international developers, provides the Thai Wind Association with invaluable insights into domestic needs and global trends. This dual lens informs his strategic guidance, contributing to the association's impactful growth and driving wind energy adoption in Thailand.

Arda Gunler
With a background rooted in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Arda Gunler, born in Turkey in 1976, stands as a seasoned professional in the wind energy sector. Currently serving as the Siemens Gamesa Asia Pacific Sales Director, stationed in Bangkok, Thailand, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
Over the course of his 16-year career, Mr. Gunler has held the position of regional sales director in the Middle East and Eastern Europe, with a previous base in Istanbul, Turkey. His extensive experience in the wind energy business reflects a deep understanding of the industry, positioning him as a key player in the Asia Pacific region.
His experience in navigating diverse markets and fostering collaborative partnerships makes him well-suited to contribute to the growth and development of the Thai wind energy sector.

Chanatan Hansakwong
With extensive experiences in energy sector within and outside Thailand, Mr. Chanatan Hansakwong has been serving a role of business development and investment management with leading energy companies over the past 20 years to lead sustainable growth in green energy technology including but not limited to Solar, Wind, Hydro and BESS in Thailand and South East Asia countries.
Mr. Chanatan’s proficiency and capability in diverse market penetration, strategic partnership enhancement, innovative investment risk management and versatile business and project development will bring to the table with the insightful opinion and professional perspective in relation to key elements for decision and policy making for the Board of the Thai Wind Energy Association.
Mr. Chanatan’s aspiration to enable the Association to play an increasingly important roles in facilitating Thailand’s energy transition. With continued economic development and increasing sustainability goal, there is a crucial need for Thailand to have more greenfield renewable energy projects especially for solar and wind technology as well as more market liberalization for the third-party access to the national grid.

Mr. Woravit Visutrachai
With 30 years of experience in engineering and construction within and outside Thailand, Mr. Woravit Visutrachai has spent the last 12 years focusing on renewable energy, particularly in the Wind Power sector. His company has successfully executed numerous Wind Turbine foundations, contributing to the installation of almost 700 MW of Wind Turbines in Thailand.
Mr. Visutrachai aims to bring his extensive expertise to the Thai Wind Energy Association, anticipating that it will help cultivate a skilled workforce and increase local content in the Wind Power business. His commitment lies in driving sustainable economic growth for the country through practical industry experience and know-how.

Patrick Architta
With a career spanning 25 years in technical consultancy, development, and manufacturing, Patrick Architta emerges as a seasoned professional with a profound impact on the wind energy landscape. For the past decade, he dedicated his expertise to a Thai wind project developer, culminating in his role as the President of Asia Pacific for K2 Management, a technical advisory firm specializing in wind energy.
Mr. Architta's journey extends further back to 2009, where he contributed significantly to Vestas in Europe and the Americas until 2016. His earlier career from 1999 to 2008 delves into the automotive industry's developmental sphere.
Renowned for his extensive collaboration with leading Thai developers and contractors, Mr. Architta has overseen operations in the APAC region, solidifying his reputation as a key figure in the industry.
Beyond professional endeavors, Mr. Architta is driven by a mission to promote long-term wind energy development in the country. Anchored in his values, he seeks to unify Thai and international members for the collective advancement and promotion of wind energy in Thailand.

Lin Wei
Lin Wei, currently serving as the Business Development Director at Goldwind International, boasts eight years of dedicated experience in the ASEAN energy and infrastructure sector. With a focus on renewable energy, he brings notable investment expertise and a comprehensive background in project development, making significant strides in wind, solar, BESS, and waste-to-energy projects. Lin's versatility and innovative approach underscore his commitment to advancing sustainable solutions in this dynamic and evolving field.
